2 Alarm Dwelling Fire in District 3
Chief 3 AOS with a 2 story carriage house fully Involved. All companies went inservice with master
streams. Command reported a major collapse of the fire dwelling. Philadelphia Fire Department provided an aditional 2&1.
E2 layed in and went inservice with multiple handlines, and supplied wated to PFD E63.
